Habib O. Lawal is a product manager, real estate developer, entrepreneur, and business strategist whose career combines technology, real estate, networking, and community-focused development. His professional approach is shaped by analytical problem-solving, a strong work ethic, and an interest in creating opportunities through both business development and professional relationships.

Lawal moved to the United States with his family in 2009 and grew up in North Providence, Rhode Island. Sports became an important part of his early life, and he competed at the varsity level in soccer, singles tennis, and wrestling. Those experiences helped develop the discipline, persistence, and team-oriented mindset that he later carried into his professional career.

Lawal attended the University of Rhode Island, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering followed by a master’s degree in Cybersecurity. He began his corporate career with Fidelity Investments through its LEAP training program. After completing the program, he was placed in Jersey City and ultimately spent nearly five years with Fidelity.

In March 2022, Lawal joined Accenture, where he works as a Product Manager. His engineering, cybersecurity, and technology experience provides a technical foundation for approaching complex business challenges and coordinating initiatives involving different stakeholders.

Alongside his corporate career, Lawal entered real estate in 2019. His work has since expanded beyond investing into real estate development, including development work involving municipalities. He is particularly interested in connecting with additional cities to identify projects that can support neighborhood improvement, development, and sustainable local growth.

Lawal is also building a networking business based on his belief that strong professional relationships can create valuable opportunities for individuals and organizations. He aims to connect professionals, encourage collaboration, and develop authentic long-term business relationships.
